Where We Run

MIDWEST REEFER VAN

You’ll find yourself traveling 2,100 to 2,200 miles per week throughout America’s Heartland with home weekly options. On the OTR side you'll average 2,300 - 2,500 miles per week and be 12-14 days out.

STARTING PAY RANGE $.45 - $.50 PER MILE – INCLUDES $.10 PER MILE PER DIEM.

VERIFIED EXPERIENCE PER MILE
  • 9-11 months = 0.45 cpm
  • 1-3 years = 0.47 cpm
  • 3-5 years = 0.49 cpm
  • 5+ years = 0.50 cpm
  • Cap 0.55 cpm
  • 1¢ Annual Pay Increase until cap is reached.
  • 1¢ per mile increase after first 90 days of employment.

SHORT HAUL PAY
  • Base mileage pay will be increased according to the following graduated scale for loaded miles less than 400 miles in length. In order to qualify for the additional mileage pay, the total loaded miles must fit the below scale, split loads will not qualify.
  • 0-100 = .20 cpm
  • 101-150 = .15 cpm
  • 151-200 = .12 cpm
  • 201-250 = .09 cpm
  • 251-300 = .06 cpm
  • 301-350 = .03 cpm
  • 351-400 = .02 cpm

WESTERN REEFER

If you’re looking for an OTR position, our Western Reefer division is calling your name. This is our only true OTR division, running the 48 continental states and averaging 2,600 to 2,800 miles per week. More than 70% of the runs are west of Ohio. Flexible, reliable home time every 2 to 3 weeks.

STARTING PAY RANGE $.43 - $.50 PER MILE – INCLUDES $.10 PER MILE PER DIEM.

Hauling mostly steel and building products, you’ll be running through the Central Midwest averaging 2,100 to 2,200 (home weekly) or 2,300 to 2,500 (out 14 days).

STARTING PAY RANGE $.47 - $.54 PER MILE – INCLUDES $.10 PER MILE PER DIEM.

  • First level - $.47 per mile
    • 9-11 months of non-flatbed AND flatbed driving experience
  • Second level - $.48 per mile
    • 1-2 years of flatbed driving experience
    • Drivers that have 1-2 years of non-flatbed driving experience will start at $.47 cpm

    • 2-3 years of flatbed driving experience

SOUTHERN FLATBED

If you’re looking for outstanding starting pay and an average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week, look no further than our Southern Flatbed division, based out of Bessemer, Alabama. Like our Midwest Flatbed fleet, you’ll be hauling mostly steel and building products. Flexible, reliable home time every 2 to 3 weeks.

STARTING PAY RANGE $.47 - $.54 PER MILE – INCLUDES $.10 PER MILE PER DIEM.

AVERAGE $65,000 A YEAR
  • First level - $.47 per mile
    • 9-11 months of non-flatbed AND flatbed driving experience
  • Second level - $.48 per mile

FORT DODGE, IA SHORT-HAUL

TEAMS

Want to drive with a friend? Our teams not only assist with delivering tight loads in a timely manner, but many of our teams are in a mix of dedicated reefer freight with consistent and steady miles.

BASE PAY = $.50 CPM
  • $0.52 cpm - 12-14,000 miles per month* (.26 cpm each driver includes .05 per diem)
  • $0.54 cpm - 14-16,000 miles per month* (.27 cpm each driver includes .05 per diem)
  • $0.56 cpm - 16-18,000 miles per month* (.28 cpm each driver includes .05 per diem)
  • $0.58 cpm - 18,000 + miles per month* (.29 cpm each driver includes .05 per diem)

* Bonus miles (all miles over 12,000 per month) will begin to calculate at the start of the first full calendar month of employment.


Accessorial pay will be split between the team:
